This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. OpenAI processes data generated in operating the website on our behalf under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. This may include IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser, operating system, device and usage data, and status codes. Processing is necessary for secure and reliable delivery, error detection and prevention of misuse. If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns the initiation or performance of a contract; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the proper handling of enquiries. The data will be deleted once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
Business email for the bms-advisory.com domain is provided by STRATO GmbH in Germany under a data processing agreement. Sender and recipient addresses, message contents, attachments and technical transmission data are processed to deliver and store correspondence and protect it against spam and malware. The legal bases and retention criteria stated above apply.

This website currently does not use its own analytics or marketing services and does not embed external social-media plugins, videos or font files. Cookies requiring consent are not currently used. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be obtained in advance.
The website infrastructure uses Cloudflare to protect against automated abuse. The technical cookie __cf_bm may be set for this purpose; according to the provider, it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is used for security, not advertising.

Recipients of data required to operate the website include OpenAI Ireland Limited and its contractually engaged sub-processors. ChatGPT Sites currently does not offer fixed data residency. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, OpenAI states that transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, particularly the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
